Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in enterprise or long-cycle environments
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter profile)
  • Experience selling IT services, outsourcing, or body shop solutions
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders such as CIOs, Heads of IT, and Technology Managers
  • Strong skills in CRM management, pipeline tracking, negotiation, and sales forecasting
  • Background in Business, Administration, or related fields is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within enterprise accounts through proactive prospecting and hunting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Manage full B2B consultative sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Develop account strategies, stakeholder mapping, and structured pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial proposals with technical delivery and operational capacity
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to generate actionable commercial insights
