Requirements
- Strong background in field operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, or mapping projects.
- Ability to manage and coach remote field teams.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and escalation skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, telematics, and field reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 1-year validity preferred).
- Ability to work within US timezone.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations to ensure target coverage plans are achieved.
- Coordinate driver scheduling, training, telematics onboarding, and compliance checks.
- Monitor active cars, mapping hours, and resource availability to drive productivity.
- Enforce safety, parking, and equipment usage guidelines.
- Manage incident response (accidents, technical failures) within SLA timeframes.
- Generate accurate performance metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify performance gaps and execute corrective actions.
- Manage fleet readiness, equipment distribution, and chain-of-custody.
- Support resource scaling to meet operational demand.
