Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of client mission sets and map account whitespace.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue.
- Execute upsell and cross-sale activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for territory.
- Provide reliable forecast information to management.
- Drive referral sales and customer references.
- Monitor and report on competitive intelligence.
