Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnership or channel management.
  • Experience within the e-commerce technology, digital marketing, or development agency ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or KPI targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence to demo the platform and present to partner audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects.
  • Comfort using modern tools and AI tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, sign, and onboard new agency partners into the Okendo Partner Program.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders inside partner organizations (sales, account managers, leadership).
  • Educate partners on Okendo's value propositions and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product) to ensure success for shared clients.
  • Drive referral volume and sourced MRR from the partner portfolio.
  • Move partners up the program tiers (Certified, Gold, Platinum).
  • Represent Okendo at industry, partner, and client-facing events.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partners.
