Requirements
- 3+ years in partnership or channel management.
- Experience within the e-commerce technology, digital marketing, or development agency ecosystem.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or KPI targets.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence to demo the platform and present to partner audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects.
- Comfort using modern tools and AI tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, sign, and onboard new agency partners into the Okendo Partner Program.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders inside partner organizations (sales, account managers, leadership).
- Educate partners on Okendo's value propositions and platform capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product) to ensure success for shared clients.
- Drive referral volume and sourced MRR from the partner portfolio.
- Move partners up the program tiers (Certified, Gold, Platinum).
- Represent Okendo at industry, partner, and client-facing events.
- Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partners.
