Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or related roles.

- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest or background in dental or healthcare fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via various communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer records accurately using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality.
- Assist customers in understanding our dental solutions by providing knowledgeable guidance.
- Encourage customer engagement, including collecting customer feedback and photos when applicable.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
