Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage and update customer records accurately using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality.
  • Assist customers in understanding our dental solutions by providing knowledgeable guidance.
  • Encourage customer engagement, including collecting customer feedback and photos when applicable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
