Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of working experience
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to deliver professional presentations and system demos

Responsibilities

  • Support Asia’s clients
  • Collaborate with Account Manager on service delivery strategy and client retention
  • Facilitate contract renewals and pricing discussions
  • Manage client administration tasks including package configuration and system orientation
  • Identify and engage key client points of contact
  • Serve as 1st level for escalation and resolve delivery issues
  • Facilitate weekly/monthly contractual meetings and performance reports
  • Monitor account trends and communicate product changes
  • Support platform migration projects and client training
