Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of working experience
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and system demos
Responsibilities
- Support Asia’s clients
- Collaborate with Account Manager on service delivery strategy and client retention
- Facilitate contract renewals and pricing discussions
- Manage client administration tasks including package configuration and system orientation
- Identify and engage key client points of contact
- Serve as 1st level for escalation and resolve delivery issues
- Facilitate weekly/monthly contractual meetings and performance reports
- Monitor account trends and communicate product changes
- Support platform migration projects and client training
