- Strong sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes
- Confidence in conducting structured interviews
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on high-volume and cohort-based hiring
- Build strong and diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Utilize ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, and AI tools
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring targets and recruitment strategy
- Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
