  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Confidence in conducting structured interviews

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on high-volume and cohort-based hiring
  • Build strong and diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Utilize ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, and AI tools
  • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring targets and recruitment strategy
  • Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience
