  • Assist in hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates in Security dep
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success
