Requirements
- Mastery of core pharmacy technician skills (e.g., claims processing, medication dispensing).
- Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for quality resolution.
- Comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and care team members via phone.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Ability to identify and implement efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing calls and manage implementation project steps.
- Coordinate with sales and program managers to track progress and blockers.
- Drive implementation process efficiencies for credentialing, IT, and other activities.
- Ensure clinic partners maintain adequate inventory and supplies.
- Manage patient prescription attainment issues and troubleshoot support requests.
- Support clinic partners with PBM audits, claims reconciliation, credentialing, and accreditation.
- Provide guidance on state-specific legal requirements for pharmacy dispensing.
- Facilitate clinic partner IT workstreams and EHR functionality testing.
