Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
- Strong Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Foundational understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker).
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to work overnight hours aligned with EST.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Assist with virtualization, patching, and monitoring across hybrid infrastructure.
- Support production Kubernetes clusters and containerized deployments.
- Write and maintain scripts for infrastructure automation.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Troubleshoot networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Participate in incident response, change management, and disaster recovery testing.
