Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of commissioning or mission-critical construction experience.
- 5+ years in a people leadership or resource management role.
- Knowledge of workforce utilization metrics, capacity forecasting, and staffing coordination.
- Ability to effectively coach, provide feedback, and handle difficult conversations.
- Strong organizational awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled and digital tools for reporting and workflow optimization.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote, distributed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Commissioning Resource Managers (CRMs).
- Monitor workforce supply signals across all programs including headcount, capacity, and constraints.
- Consolidate utilization reports to provide program-level workforce summaries.
- Coordinate with project and technical leadership to align demand and supply signals.
- Intervene in personnel issues to prevent delivery disruptions.
- Lead structured promotion readiness calibration and manage leveling standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess morale and cultural health.
- Partner with recruiting on open requisitions and onboarding readiness.
