Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, business process management, operational excellence, or consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating intake, prioritization, governance, or PMO frameworks.
  • Expertise in roadmap planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience documenting business processes using BPMN, swimlane diagrams, or value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, SLAs, and benefits-realization frameworks.
  • Experience with process analytics or reporting platforms like Tableau, Celonis, Signavio, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering on workflow automation, systems implementations, or operational tooling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate Omada’s AI Transformation and Business Process Excellence program, including governance, intake, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational scalability, reduce friction, and optimize workflows.
  • Design and manage intake and prioritization frameworks for operational initiatives.
  • Maintain a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives with clear project charters and milestones.
  • Lead initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, analysis, design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Establish operational governance cadences with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Lead end-to-end documentation and redesign of internal business processes using BPMN and other frameworks.
  • Build process analytics capabilities, establishing operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Automation teams to translate redesigns into workflow automation.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and business outcomes.
