  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of global trade experience.
  • Advanced degree with 7+ years of global trade experience.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with ITAR regulations.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with EAR regulations.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with U.S. sanctions regulations.
  • Strong project management skills including timeline management and coordination.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience developing training content with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience deploying training within Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development and deployment of central training programs aligned with regulations.
  • Develop and deploy structured learning solutions (training, QRGs, infosheets).
  • Maintain learning and knowledge infrastructure (Workday Learning, Tracker Tool).
  • Provide training status reports to leadership and the Investigations and Disclosures team.
  • Support change management initiatives and the Compliance Resource Database.
  • Develop and lead the GT Site Lead program including maintaining site cards and supporting Site Councils.
