Requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of building or scaling operational functions at high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical background, preferably alumni of McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent.
- Experience managing teams across support and operations.
- Highly organized with experience running tight processes.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn complex healthcare and payer dynamics quickly.
- Hands-on work ethic.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or digital health operations (nice to have).
- Familiarity with medical billing and revenue cycle management (nice to have).
- Experience working with US-based companies from Argentina/Latin America (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and elevate patient support team.
- Coordinate pharmacy partnerships and manage vendor relationships.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design efficient workflows.
- Monitor billing workflows, denial trends, and revenue cycle exceptions.
- Partner with finance and analytics leads on data-driven operational decisions.
- Collaborate on HR initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, and headcount planning.
