Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct ROI modeling and build business cases.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling customer narratives.
  • Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and team members to understand customer goals and pain points.
  • Lead or support value discovery sessions and business case development.
  • Conduct ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Deliver value-focused presentations to customer stakeholders and executives.
  • Establish frameworks to measure success metrics.
  • Track and report realized value through adoption and performance outcomes.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with data-driven insights.
  • Enable sales teams with tools, templates, and content for value-based selling.
