Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in customer value, sales engineering, customer success, management consulting, or financial analysis.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct ROI modeling and build business cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling customer narratives.
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and team members to understand customer goals and pain points.
- Lead or support value discovery sessions and business case development.
- Conduct ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Deliver value-focused presentations to customer stakeholders and executives.
- Establish frameworks to measure success metrics.
- Track and report realized value through adoption and performance outcomes.
- Support Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with data-driven insights.
- Enable sales teams with tools, templates, and content for value-based selling.
