Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar product leadership role, successfully leading software development teams in scale-up.
- Background in software development with at least 10+ years of experience in engineering.
- 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience with building and scaling a B2B2C SaaS platform.
- Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth organizations.
- Proficiency in coding with a willingness to be relatively hands-on.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to explain technical strategy to executives and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, setting the technical and product strategy, roadmap, and vision.
- Oversee day-to-day engineering operations to ensure smooth execution, high-quality deliverables, and efficient resource utilization.
- Provide strategic technical direction, ensuring the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in coding with a willingness to be relatively hands-on.
- Champion engineering best practices, focusing on the product development lifecycle, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing global engineering teams.
- Utilize proven ability to scale internationally and manage growth in scale-up organizations.
- Partner closely with various stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and roadmaps.
