Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of new business (hunter) sales experience in IT consulting or technology services
  • College degree (BA, BBA, BS)
  • Proven success selling cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or professional services solutions
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and closing complex technology deals
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting organizations through cloud modernization, digital transformation, or security initiatives
  • CRM experience, managing accounts in Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent executive presence and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close to generate new business across Managed IT Services, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other executive stakeholders
  • Partner with solution architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and field CTOs to develop tailored solutions
  • Influence digital transformation initiatives by aligning Netrix services to business outcomes
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals spanning cloud, security, data strategy, and managed services
  • Collaborate with delivery and product teams to create proposals, value roadmaps, and implementation strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, modern security frameworks, and managed services trends
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to technical and business audiences
  • Contribute to sales strategies and territory plans across multiple industries
