Requirements
- 5–10+ years of new business (hunter) sales experience in IT consulting or technology services
- College degree (BA, BBA, BS)
- Proven success selling cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or professional services solutions
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and closing complex technology deals
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting organizations through cloud modernization, digital transformation, or security initiatives
- CRM experience, managing accounts in Salesforce a plus
- Excellent executive presence and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close to generate new business across Managed IT Services, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other executive stakeholders
- Partner with solution architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and field CTOs to develop tailored solutions
- Influence digital transformation initiatives by aligning Netrix services to business outcomes
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals spanning cloud, security, data strategy, and managed services
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to create proposals, value roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, modern security frameworks, and managed services trends
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to technical and business audiences
- Contribute to sales strategies and territory plans across multiple industries
