7+ years of quality engineering experience including 3+ years in a lead, architect, or principal QA role.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and selecting QA technology stacks for greenfield or rewrite engagements.
Strong experience with modern end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO).
Demonstrated experience designing and operating agentic or AI-assisted QA processes.
Strong understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
Experience with API testing, including contract testing and webhook validation.
Experience designing data validation and migration testing.
Experience with performance and load testing.
Solid TypeScript proficiency.
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills.

Own the end-to-end QA strategy for the VASA MMS rewrite — framework selection, tooling decisions, process standards, and team-wide adoption.
Evaluate, select, and implement the QA technology stack.
Design and operate the agentic QA process using tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor.
Define acceptance criteria standards applied consistently across all user stories.
Integrate the full test suite into the CI/CD pipeline.
Design and execute the data migration validation test suite.
Define and execute performance and load testing.
Lead QA sign-off at each delivery milestone.
Work directly with engineers to identify edge cases and failure modes.
Mentor engineers on QA best practices and agentic test generation.
