Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruiting for 2 positions
- Filter and scan resumes
- Log profiles in the system and collect interview feedback
- Schedule 3 rounds of interviews with the hiring panel
- Assist in document verification and background check processes
- Create and release offer letters
- Manage joining formalities and conduct induction training
