Responsibilities

  • Own operational tasks end-to-end and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Chase down information from vendors, candidates, and customers as needed.
  • Build, fix, and improve internal processes to maintain operational flow.
  • Solve ad-hoc challenges requested by the founders.
  • Track key business metrics and identify potential issues early.
