Responsibilities
- Own operational tasks end-to-end and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Chase down information from vendors, candidates, and customers as needed.
- Build, fix, and improve internal processes to maintain operational flow.
- Solve ad-hoc challenges requested by the founders.
- Track key business metrics and identify potential issues early.
