- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in tech-driven or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the full spectrum of HR and talent acquisition functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Design and execute scalable hiring strategies across multiple functions, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent.
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Develop workforce planning and talent forecasting strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, ATS platforms, and performance management frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance time-to-hire, quality of hire, and overall recruitment outcomes.
- Partner closely with leadership teams to define and drive long-term people strategy and organizational design.
