- 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent
- Track record of closing senior/leadership roles (e.g., ML Engineers, Staff+ Engineers, Data Platform leads)
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Mastery of recruiting fundamentals: sourcing, intake, interviewing, offer negotiation, stakeholder management
- Genuinely curious about AI and willingness to learn AI-augmented workflows
- Growth mindset and comfort with evolving processes
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles: Staff+ Engineers, ML Scientists, Data Platform Leaders, Technical Product Managers
- Partner directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders
- Source, engage, interview, and close top-tier technical talent
- Run strategic intake sessions to translate business needs into hiring strategies
- Test the Moon Engine platform in production and provide feedback
- Partner with engineering and product teams on feature development
- Document best practices for AI-enabled recruiting
- Onboard enterprise clients and lead training sessions on AI hiring workflows
