Requirements

  • Existing ties to the agricultural community (growers, FLCs, ag associations, H-2A agents, farm bureaus, or adjacent service providers)
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consultative cycle
  • Experience in payroll, HRIS, or workforce management software
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing agricultural relationships to open doors and build a strong pipeline within the Mid-Market territory
  • Prospect into named accounts and run multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through signed contract
  • Use structured sales methodologies to execute deal strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of H-2A, farm labor, and ag workforce dynamics to position Seso's platform
  • Sell and manage relationships with owners, C-level executives, and key stakeholders across HR, finance, and operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and ensure a smooth handoff
  • Position and expand Seso's solutions within existing customer accounts
  • Manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately in Salesforce
