Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in client-facing, consultative selling positions.
- Experience in fast-paced companies, preferably high tech.
- Experience managing large-scale evaluations with multiple departmental stakeholders.
- Blend of sales, customer relationship management, and consulting skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying challenges.
- High Emotional Intelligence.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Highly organized with experience executing project plans.
- Curiosity to learn new businesses and industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and execute new business and upsell opportunities within a named set of Network accounts.
- Plan and execute discovery sessions, proposals, presentations, and licensing negotiations.
- Identify key influencers and stakeholders and nurture existing relationships to grow ARR.
- Manage Executive relationships to ensure business value delivery against Retailer KPIs.
- Influence and execute an account success plan across account and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain understanding of customer-centric selling tools and implement them in opportunities.
- Partner with sales engineering, retail success, services, and operations teams to close deals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide thought leadership.
