Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in client-facing, consultative selling positions.
  • Experience in fast-paced companies, preferably high tech.
  • Experience managing large-scale evaluations with multiple departmental stakeholders.
  • Blend of sales, customer relationship management, and consulting skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying challenges.
  • High Emotional Intelligence.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Highly organized with experience executing project plans.
  • Curiosity to learn new businesses and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and execute new business and upsell opportunities within a named set of Network accounts.
  • Plan and execute discovery sessions, proposals, presentations, and licensing negotiations.
  • Identify key influencers and stakeholders and nurture existing relationships to grow ARR.
  • Manage Executive relationships to ensure business value delivery against Retailer KPIs.
  • Influence and execute an account success plan across account and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain understanding of customer-centric selling tools and implement them in opportunities.
  • Partner with sales engineering, retail success, services, and operations teams to close deals.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide thought leadership.
