Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Engineering Managers and their teams across mobile, web, and backend disciplines.
- Define and drive technical strategy for a portfolio of new products and experiences.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business leaders.
- Champion adoption of emerging technologies including AI-powered capabilities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
- Identify and integrate AI-powered tooling to improve team productivity.
