Requirements
- Proven track record building and deploying agentic systems with earned opinions on effective implementations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including a mix of engineering, product, and non-technical contributors.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience building and shipping software.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to identify leverage points in non-technical workflows.
- Bias toward action and iterative development of workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for translating needs between business stakeholders and engineers.
- Ability to build a culture where shipping and learning happen quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal AI deployment infrastructure to enable non-engineers to safely build and run AI workflows at scale.
- Ship high-leverage agentic workflows across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations.
- Create patterns, guardrails, skills, and training to enable business stakeholders to build their own AI workflows.
- Manage a cross-functional group of engineers, product managers, and embedded business users.
- Partner with functional leaders to prioritize workflows and measure the business impact of deployments.
- Define and report on success metrics including adoption, time saved, throughput, and cost avoided.
- Ensure all deployments are secure, compliant, and aligned with sensitive financial and personal data handling.
