Requirements

- Proven experience sourcing, hiring, and coaching a team of 6+ engineers.
- Strong proficiency with modern AI tooling and AI-assisted development processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical situations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in architecture decision-making for systems scaling from thousands to millions of users.
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and diverse team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 6+ engineers, fostering career development and team health.
- Define and execute monthly technical roadmaps, translating product vision into tangible output.
- Partner with platform leads and cross-functional stakeholders to set technical standards and infrastructure direction.
- Drive improvements in developer experience, incident management processes, and shipping velocity.
- Collaborate with product, data, and trust & safety teams to execute on high-impact initiatives like cost efficiency and performance.
