Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software that is in production and actively used by users.
- Solid experience building production software systems (backend and/or full-stack).
- Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define scope for loosely defined projects.
- Comfortable releasing prototypes and collecting user feedback.
- Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (Bonus).
- Experience with infrastructure/DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform (Bonus).
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (Bonus).
- Experience building observability tooling (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data.
- Implement rapid experimentation processes to prototype, test, and validate LLM- or agent-powered workflows with real users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, product managers, and designers to integrate agentic components with internal tools.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
- Communicate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment.
- Take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
