Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three years of education, healthcare, sales, or marketing training experience
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
- Thorough understanding of selling skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Instructional Design experience (preferred)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (preferred)
- Content creation platforms experience (e.g., Easygenerator, Articulate) (preferred)
- Adult Learning Principles experience (preferred)
- Professional Selling Skills Certification (preferred)
- Understanding of current healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Develop sales force personnel through remote, in-person and field-based training activities in the U.S.
- Design, develop and implement training activities in collaboration with internal L&D team, sales leadership, and marketing.
- Develop communications with field sales and marketing management to identify training needs and objectives.
- Lead the Training Needs Analysis and Instructional Design efforts for the L&D team.
- Manage the logistical planning and organizing of training activities and assigned programs.
- Curriculum development and implementation on new or restructured sales concepts.
- Provide directed follow-up and feedback to sales personnel and management team.
