- Proven experience scaling L&D solutions in organizations with 2500+ employees.
- Expertise in design thinking and experiential learning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven, evidence-based decision-making.
- Innovation in learning modalities including micro-learning and virtual experiences.
- Experience managing learning technology platforms and People Tech integrations.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Learning team and develop a comprehensive strategy.
- Execute design and delivery of learning solutions for individual, team, and leadership growth.
- Partner with People team and business stakeholders to ensure program adoption.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness teams.
- Craft new learning resources and experiences with subject matter experts.
- Drive change management through internal communications and engagement planning.
- Define, track, and report on key learning success metrics.
