Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education.
  • 3+ years in solution design, product leadership, or program ownership roles.
  • Experience designing or scaling reskilling programs across AI/ML, cloud, data, or software engineering domains.
  • Solid commercial acumen, including building financial models and business cases.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as CHROs, CTOs, and L&D leaders.
  • Technical fluency with complex learning architectures, platforms, and modern AI-enabled education tools.
  • Data-driven and iterative mindset focused on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery and validation of enterprise learning opportunities by analyzing market trends and engaging clients.
  • Design scalable learning solutions, including curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, delivery models, and certification pathways.
  • Build business cases and commercial models, including pricing strategies, market sizing, revenue projections, and go-to-market positioning.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate workforce goals into structured learning programs.
  • Support commercialization efforts by transforming pilots into repeatable offerings and enabling sales teams.
  • Leverage data and feedback loops to continuously refine learning solutions and improve learner outcomes.
