Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education.
  • Proven success in building or scaling a revenue-generating L&D or reskilling business.
  • Experience in tech domains such as AI, Cloud, Software, or Data.
  • Track record of leading teams delivering programs at scale (50–500+ learners per cohort).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise client dynamics and engaging with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of certification and assessment ecosystems.
  • Data-driven leadership ability.
  • Skilled at cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial performance including revenue, margin, and client CSAT.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise learning.
  • Collaborate with Sales to convert enterprise demand into scalable reskilling solutions.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise learning programs.
  • Drive client satisfaction through measurable outcomes like certification attainment and redeployment rates.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing Learning Ops team.
  • Develop delivery models balancing bespoke client needs with scalable frameworks.
  • Manage strategic relationships with certification partners (AWS, Google, GitHub, etc.).
