- 15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education.
- Proven success in building or scaling a revenue-generating L&D or reskilling business.
- Experience in tech domains such as AI, Cloud, Software, or Data.
- Track record of leading teams delivering programs at scale (50–500+ learners per cohort).
- Deep understanding of enterprise client dynamics and engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of certification and assessment ecosystems.
- Data-driven leadership ability.
- Skilled at cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance including revenue, margin, and client CSAT.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise learning.
- Collaborate with Sales to convert enterprise demand into scalable reskilling solutions.
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise learning programs.
- Drive client satisfaction through measurable outcomes like certification attainment and redeployment rates.
- Lead and scale a high-performing Learning Ops team.
- Develop delivery models balancing bespoke client needs with scalable frameworks.
- Manage strategic relationships with certification partners (AWS, Google, GitHub, etc.).
