Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in coaching, therapy, counseling, or relationship support.
- Experience building, hiring, and managing coaching or therapy teams.
- Strong understanding of relationship support methodologies and customer needs.
- Experience creating educational content, training programs, or curricula.
- Operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience developing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights for improvement.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with experience building businesses from zero to one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch Paired’s relationship coaching and counseling offering.
- Define the services model, customer journey, and operational structure.
- Establish KPIs for acquisition, engagement, retention, and quality.
- Define philosophy, frameworks, and approach for relationship support.
- Build training materials, playbooks, and educational content.
- Recruit and manage a network of relationship coaches and therapists.
- Build systems for coach training, quality assurance, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on app integration and operational workflows.
