Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing a small team at $5M-$20M ARR revenue stage.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting and pipeline review).
  • Proficiency in both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Ability to maintain and build a reliable sales forecast.
  • Strong communication skills for remote, distributed teams.
  • Comfort working in environments with ambiguity and incomplete infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC).
  • Experience in founder-led or product-led companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of eight (SDRs, AEs, MDR, and Sales Ops).
  • Oversee daily pipeline validation, forecast reviews, and deal/pricing reviews.
  • Conduct regular 1-1 sessions and call listening to drive team performance.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and perform internal reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and CX teams to drive GTM strategy.
  • Own sales forecasting and accountability structures.
  • Implement changes to sales infrastructure and processes.
