Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role with direct client or customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or maintaining Data Transfer Agreements or similar data governance documents.
- Intermediate-level SQL proficiency, with a preference for Snowflake.
- Comfortable writing complex multi-CTE queries and aggregations across large datasets.
- Experience conducting gap analysis between source and target data systems with formal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of ETL or ELT processes.
Responsibilities
- Author, maintain, and update Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) for client and partner data-sharing arrangements.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT security to ensure DTAs reflect regulatory requirements.
- Lead structured gap analysis between presentation DB views, schemas, and source systems.
- Produce clear gap analysis documentation with remediation recommendations.
- Serve as a direct customer-facing resource for data inquiries and onboarding.
- Lead client-facing data reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Write optimized SQL queries for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Design and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries and lineage maps.
