Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting (custom, matrix, composite reports; dashboards; calculated fields).
  • Experience with report scheduling and Workday Drive items.
  • Broad working knowledge of Workday business objects.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or HRIS management.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in data collection, cleaning, and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Skill in automating data tasks using Python or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts (correlation, regression, T-test, ANOVA) and research methods.
  • Skills in building and presenting data visualizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the team's primary Workday reporting subject matter expert.
  • Enable cross-functional teams to access Workday data through scalable solutions.
  • Manage the People Analytics service desk and triage data requests.
  • Consult with department leaders to build and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct statistical analyses on human capital data.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of data sources and processes.
