Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
- Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Experience running automation campaigns (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead)
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Familiar with outbound automation tools
- Ability to source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
- Basic data management and list-building skills
- Comfortable using dialers and cold-calling platforms
- Strong written communication skills for cold outreach
- Confident phone presence
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and research
- Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms
- Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performance
