Requirements

  • Experience running automation campaigns (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead)
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Familiar with outbound automation tools
  • Ability to source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
  • Basic data management and list-building skills
  • Comfortable using dialers and cold-calling platforms
  • Strong written communication skills for cold outreach
  • Confident phone presence

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and research
  • Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms
  • Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performance
