- Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work and metric impact.
- Evidence of strong creative diversity in portfolio.
- Hands-on design ability (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Expertise in performance metrics: thumb-stop rate, hook retention, CTR, CPA.
- Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, or Runway.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs.
- Deliver expert advice, concepts, and briefs for short-form video.
- Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear ad concepts.
- Brief Designers and Editors on static ads, animations, and storyboards.
- Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with strategic rationale.
- Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations.
