  • Evidence of strong creative diversity in portfolio.
  • Hands-on design ability (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise in performance metrics: thumb-stop rate, hook retention, CTR, CPA.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, or Runway.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs.
  • Deliver expert advice, concepts, and briefs for short-form video.
  • Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear ad concepts.
  • Brief Designers and Editors on static ads, animations, and storyboards.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with strategic rationale.
  • Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations.
