Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, commercial operations, or related go-to-market functions
- Proven experience designing or rebuilding complex B2B sales tools, models, or commercial frameworks
- Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of commercial processes
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and maintain a scalable, AI-native Business Case tool, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with commercial needs
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align assumptions, pricing logic, ROI models, and system integrations
- Establish governance and documentation standards to ensure long-term sustainability and reduce single-point dependency
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows such as automated content generation, prospecting support, and sales enablement tools
- Leverage prompt engineering and generative AI tools to create repeatable frameworks and decision-support systems for commercial teams
- Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI and enablement technologies to continuously improve sales effectiveness and adoption
