Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or hybrid paid/organic role.
  • Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Proven experience leading both organic social and paid creative strategy.
  • Hands-on production experience including filming and editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Data-literate with the ability to use performance insights to inform decisions.
  • AI fluency to improve speed, output, and quality.
  • Experience managing creative talent like producers, editors, and contractors.
  • Experience with UGC platforms and creator management workflows at scale.
  • Comfort operating across both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain overarching content strategy across paid and organic channels.
  • Translate mission and product value propositions into creative concepts, briefs, and messaging frameworks.
  • Write and own all creative briefs for paid ads, organic social, UGC, and new channel tests.
  • Lead category and audience expansion concepting for paid ads.
  • Manage the full UGC creator pool including scouting, briefing, and quality control.
  • Own the strategic roadmap for organic social.
  • Monitor platform trends and winning ad formats to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Drive weekly creative performance reviews and define iterations based on data.
