Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership/managerial experience in public safety or emergency communications.
- Experience at Deputy Director level or above.
- Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and public safety technology.
- Proven ability to build relationships with PSAP leaders and industry associations.
- Strong strategic leadership experience in complex environments.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Mentor the Public Safety team and drive KPIs, scalability, and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Influence product enhancements and prioritize AI-related initiatives.
- Support market expansion and deal strategy through thought leadership.
- Drive measurable outcomes tied to customer satisfaction and retention.
