Responsibilities

  • Practice active listening, empathy, and solution-focused approaches to collaboratively engage with patients
  • Prioritize effectively across multiple channels including SMS, EMR, phone, and Slack
  • Provide emotional support, de-escalation, and education to patients
  • Maintain professional documentation through various platforms
  • Follow Ophelia's policies regarding confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Schedule visits with the clinical team and support visit attendance
  • Perform UDS coordination and manage technology troubleshooting
