- Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently.

- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging calls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies.
- Proficiency in platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new patients via phone and email.
- Provide clear guidance and support as patients complete initial enrollment steps.
- Support patients in completing enrollment tasks within the Core platform.
- Track patient progress to reduce drop-off during the sign-up phase.
- Register and onboard a high volume of new patients by phone.
- Verify patient insurance information for program eligibility.
- Perform outreach to encourage completion of outstanding onboarding steps.
- Offer feedback to internal teams to improve operational tools.
