Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience within public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Experience serving at the Deputy Director level or above (or equivalent senior leadership role).
- Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, and CAD.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic leadership experience driving scalable programs.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and mentor the Public Safety team.
- Strengthen industry partnerships with NENA and APCO.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements and AI initiatives.
- Support market expansion through workshops, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Optimize workflows and measure KPIs related to customer success and retention.
