Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing professional services, services sales, or enterprise software services delivery.
- Proven track record of leading services growth or GTM functions within enterprise software companies or systems integrators.
- Experience managing and developing teams of 5+ professionals, with a focus on coaching and performance development.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives, both internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of enterprise services models, solution selling, and services commercialization strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to define scalable offerings and evaluate trade-offs in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong ownership over outcomes.
- Passion for innovation in automation and emerging AI-driven technologies is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Professional Services, supporting the commercialization and scaling of services offerings across enterprise customers and industry segments.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partner organizations to design and position services solutions aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Develop repeatable and scalable services offerings, packaging models, and go-to-market materials to support new customer acquisition and expansion.
- Support sales cycles by contributing to services scoping, proposals, pricing models, and customer business case development.
- Define and standardize best practices, operating procedures, and contractual frameworks for services engagements (e.g., time & materials, fixed fee, and credits-based models).
- Collaborate with delivery partners to assess capabilities, support partner-led implementations, and ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transitions.
- Produce external-facing content such as customer success stories, thought leadership, and services best practices to strengthen market positioning.
- Lead and develop a team of GTM managers, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms to enhance efficiency and consistency across the services GTM function.
