- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL)
- Knowledge of using AirCall (Power Dialer)
- Tech savvy (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Outbound Student Outreach to discuss account status and next steps
- Make phone calls to encourage and guide borrowers toward resuming payments
- Work closely with the default processing team to manage, update, and track student loan accounts
