Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
- Consistent track record of exceeding targets within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
- Experience managing complex sales processes focusing on Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
- Proven ability to independently develop close relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions.
- Become an expert in product offerings and industry solutions.
- Lead complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SDRs and Field Marketing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
- Develop strong partnerships with public cloud providers.
