Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
  • Experience managing complex sales processes focusing on Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
  • Proven ability to independently develop close relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions.
  • Become an expert in product offerings and industry solutions.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to SDRs and Field Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
  • Develop strong partnerships with public cloud providers.
