Requirements
- Multi-year track record of success in enterprise-level SaaS.
- Experience orchestrating six-figure deals ($100K+ ARR).
- History of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Ability to build consensus across multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Mastery of strategic prospecting and account-based outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate enterprise pipeline.
- Experience with HR technology (HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition) is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Accord, or Salesloft is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle for new Enterprise accounts from pipeline generation to closure.
- Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from the Enterprise Sales Development team.
- Drive effective sales processes to meet and exceed quarterly goals.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, research, and outreach.
- Analyze conversation sentiment and identify deal risks.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and internal kick-offs.
