Requirements

  • History of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.

  • Mastery of strategic prospecting and account-based outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate enterprise pipeline.
  • Experience with HR technology (HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Accord, or Salesloft is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for new Enterprise accounts from pipeline generation to closure.
  • Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from the Enterprise Sales Development team.
  • Drive effective sales processes to meet and exceed quarterly goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, research, and outreach.
  • Analyze conversation sentiment and identify deal risks.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and internal kick-offs.
