Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience within B2B Go-To-Market (GTM), revenue operations, or growth functions.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Clay.
- Experience building multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and complex, trigger-based workflows.
- Deep technical fluency in Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong AI-first orientation with ability to utilize AI to optimize outreach motions.
- Professional background within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Exceptional written communication capabilities.
- Analytical, workflow-driven mindset focused on testing hypotheses and auditing conversion funnels.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute the outbound revenue engine from the ground up as a senior Individual Contributor.
- Build and operate AI-native, agentic systems that scale pipeline generation efficiently.
- Oversee Clay-powered enrichment processes and execute personalized, AI-driven outreach strategies.
- Construct and refine signal-based trigger workflows utilizing key market data.
- Define and optimize the Ideal Customer Profile across core target segments.
- Partner directly with the CBO to align outbound messaging and product positioning.
- Assume full accountability for end-to-end outbound pipeline metrics.
