Requirements

  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Clay.
  • Experience building multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and complex, trigger-based workflows.
  • Deep technical fluency in Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong AI-first orientation with ability to utilize AI to optimize outreach motions.
  • Professional background within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
  • Exceptional written communication capabilities.
  • Analytical, workflow-driven mindset focused on testing hypotheses and auditing conversion funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute the outbound revenue engine from the ground up as a senior Individual Contributor.
  • Build and operate AI-native, agentic systems that scale pipeline generation efficiently.
  • Oversee Clay-powered enrichment processes and execute personalized, AI-driven outreach strategies.
  • Construct and refine signal-based trigger workflows utilizing key market data.
  • Define and optimize the Ideal Customer Profile across core target segments.
  • Partner directly with the CBO to align outbound messaging and product positioning.
  • Assume full accountability for end-to-end outbound pipeline metrics.
