Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 8+ years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end product marketing and commercialization strategies in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, buyer persona development, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define the product marketing strategy, prioritizing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth across business units.
- Oversee positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategy to ensure strong product differentiation and alignment with market needs and buyer personas.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Manage marketing performance metrics, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), bookings contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Own budgeting, advertising strategy, and allocation of resources across digital, print, social media, and industry events.
- Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and customer insight initiatives to continuously refine positioning and strategy.
- Collaborate with analytics and cross-functional partners to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data handling standards, and regulatory requirements.
